Hi Helen, My own hair is actually being protected by wearing wigs. I’m not constantly putting any kind of heat on my hair, I only keep it conditioned and in a hassle free style. I have a healthy head of hair BECAUSE I wear wigs all the time. Thanks for watching and commenting 🍃❤️🍃
