The best way for the McCaskeys to get the right coach is for us fans STOP buying season tickets. If no money comes in, this may force them either to sell or get the right coaches

McASSkeys are anything but functional... George needs to get out of the way but he just can't help himself. Ben Johnson is the perfect coach for Caleb, and hopefully for the team. Let's hope the McASSkeys don't screw up another coaching hire, but theres already disfunction at the top with George invovled

For one, Ben Johnson and Jared Goff are joined at the hip. Second, Ben Johnsons wife and kids do not want to relocate. Third, Johnson's wife talked him out of the Commanders job that he wanted.

Things will improve and get better for the Bears when the McCaskeys sell the team! The McCaskeys don’t care about the Bears fans or winning only making money. They have revealed just who the are and it ain’t dysfunctiona, its calculated moves towards spending less money while making more and deceiving the blind season ticket holders that fork over cool amounts of cash to these money hungry sharks.

Originally I was on board with Ben Johnson. But the Bears have a history of hiring coordinators who are unable to lead teams. After watching Bears players celebrate plays last week during garbage time down 20+, I think we really need someone who commands respect and can reset the culture. Ben Johnson seems more like a X’s and O’s wonk.

I think Ben Johnson is the best bet for the coach unless you go the collage coach route and go grab Alabamas new head coach. I’ve watched him from when he was a player then coach then head coach of the Sioux Falls multiple Natty winning division 3 cougars then onto Washington. He’s truly a QB whisper. But right now if Ben Johnson wants the Bears I’d get him without hesitation.

George has bulked on hiring Harbaugh twice, but in all fairness, Warren kept George from hiring him this yr for personal reasons not money reasons.
There's 1 thing about George that most fans don't realize though.
George watches our comments on alot of sites, he always has, and this year at Thanksgiving time he was plummeted with complaints at the stadium.
I believe if Warren heads him to the direction of B Johnson he will pay for Ben.
But with that said, how do we know that Warren won't head him in the direction of someone like Flores, because Warren has ties to Minnesota.???

From what we are hearing in Detroit. Dallas and Jets have zero chance because of owners interference with team. Next worse is Bears the GM May quit if not get fired anywhere in next 18 months. Poles is pissed he has a babysitter hired above him. Kind of funny how dysfunctional the Bears executive office is.
Jaguars is his first choice. A QB with a high football IQ that can read defenses and is smart enough to run his offense is already on roster. The owner writes checks and stays out of day to day operations. Plus they have a good cap situation unlike the Bears who are buried in bad contracts. Why that linebacker the bears have is so overpaid yet more proof the Bears Executives are piss poor.
If you want Johnson you need to Fire the GM and his babysitter yesterday or you have no chance regardless of the “ Reporting “ you are making up at this time.

Sure you could say projected. Based on a guess. You are buried in bad contracts because you have to over pay for talent based on the teams poor performance for last decade. Nobody wants to play for a losing organization.
But anyway. Until the circus of an executive office you have is fired and replaced nobody worth having will be interested.
