Very nicely put. I would like to say. We live in Spain and have seen a massive increase in Aires over the last 2 yrs, since covid. Also in most inland villages if they do not have one are very tolerant of you parking anywhere where parking a vehicle is allowed. Check for signs. Very important. Keep your area as you found it and use a local shop if only to buy your bread in the morning. They really appreciate this. The EU has been offering funds in Spain for creating Aires whether free or chargeable. On the coast do not create a " huge parking of mororhomes set up" this really ia not popular. Use designated areas. Spain is very autocaravaners user friendly and recognise it as a "different kind of tourism" Enjoy this beautiful country and remember there is a lot more to Spain than just the coast.
Thank you and yes there’s been a big increase in Aires in Spain since our last trip in 2016, I think the authorities had to do something as the “free camping” was out of control!!! So it’s great to see they’re still wanting motorhomes but instead are providing dedicated overnight parking places which are very much appreciated 😃 Well done Spain!!
Very informative 👍 When filling water from a container the fitting from the bottom of a domestic downpipe (the shoe) often fits the fiamma style filler and is easier than a funnel ☺️
That’s very useful!! The reason we use the funnel is because it’s a flexible one to get more of an angle and sometimes we tape the funnel to the side of the van, usually in a situation where we have to fill the whole tank from a tap - not often but it does happen!! 😭
Yes, the waste water drain is in the ground but on the Aire in the video and 9 times out of 10, the WC waste is separate altogether, but at the Aire in the video it was in one of the more unusual grid emptying points in the ground behind the waste water grid, very similar to those found on some Aires in Italy, although those are often combined into the waste water, which if you’ve toured Italy, you’ll know it’s not a pleasant experience!!
Hi Not sure what it is called but you will find them at a diy shop or iron mongers They have different “keys” for different tap fittings Really useful We bought it as one year we were away in winter and needed to fill up All the external taps were frozen and the only running water was from a sink in a public loo Trouble was we couldn’t get the water to the van with a kettle or our hose On the wall was a tap but no handle, this was the reason we bought it Just a few pounds Thanks for watching

Thank you 🙏🏻
Hi is there a name for the adapter with the chain and where can you get it. Thank you for sharing 🙏
Hi sorry for the extremely lengthy time it has taken to reply
It is a “plumbers 4 way key” found in diy or builders merchants not expensive
You dont empty your toilet in them just your grey water.

Just a tip; in your narration - try to speak more naturally warm and friendly and not sound like a mum telling the kids off.
Thanks for the comment we appreciate it, probably nerves getting better of me!!🥴
Your speech could be much better just talk like you’re talking to hubby and not like you know it all use your natural voice
Noted thanks for the feedback
Appreciated and thanks for the taking the time not only to watch but to comment too
Cheers
Agreed. Just made the same comment
