Hard to judge, this never happened in Slovak history, Handlova is a small town, with about 17k people. And he was shaking hands with his voters, people who cheered him. He is often walking alone in Bratislava, going swimming in Donau, or running in the park, without security. It is just unheard of in Slovakia... A shooter is a known man, he is a 71-year-old poet.... probably very politicaly polarised and mentally unstable... but maybe, this is speculation that somehow forced him to do so... (CIA--> his family...) but that is just my speculation.
