Last year when I taught English in Songkhla, a parent made friends with me. 2 months later he invited me to spend a day at the beach with his family. Beach was deserted and saw very little foot traffic. When night rolled in, we hopped on his SUP board, paddled a kilometre out to sea and witnessed bioluminescent plankton. It was the most magical experience of my life. - make friends with locals. They know all the secret spots.

Last time my girl and I got lost we found Tri Trang beach. It’s only really a beach when the tide is out but in the mornings it is nice to walk. We also enjoy just riding around. You never know what you will chance upon.

Hi Mark, great video; and the audio on your ride was pretty darn good too; you had very minimal wind noise, and it l did not take away from the overall experience of you video at all. May I ask what mic were were using? ... I'm assuming you stuck a dead cat on it? If you prefer to have full face helmet when riding there are some internal helmet microphones that are available. If your interested in that; look into wireless motorcycle intercom devices. Some of those intercom systems work as internal helment microphone for videos. I purchased SabineTek AudioWow for my kids GoPro Hero12. Where trying to figure out a wireless internal mic for his Airsoft helmet. He recorded his first Airsoft battle video recently, but his first video "Clip" was 1 hour plus of 4k footage... lol, and he can't seem to get it load into his video processing software...lol I told him to try hitting the puase button now and then next time...lol

Yeah! I love roadtrip in Thailand! Since i don't have the correct license i normally talk whit some Bolt driver and ask for a day rent. Normally sheap as dirt and you get a guide to! Sometimes do roadtrip like that for 1 week! So damn nice! Been all the way up to Surin in car djust to enjoy to country! The countryside in Thailand... ❤❤❤❤❤

Don't think im capable of handeling the traffic there to be honest! But maybe find a more quiet place to settle down in Thailand in future. Then absolutely!

If you wanna be kookie …… Mark the spots with a little bottle of beer on the map where are you stopped to drink. All kinds of things you could do with the map ……
I'm comparing your video to a similar drive up highway 1 cali coast north of San Francisco. the climate is much cooler, temps held down by lingering fog. the big difference when you near the salt water, hwy 1 , ve❤getation growth is very sparse, from the high salinity content in the air and soil. trees and brush is sculpted, leaning heavily from all the high wind. none of that is the case in your video. you must be in paradise.
Your road video came out great. I felt like I was a little kid riding on your tank... but then I paused too go pee, saw an old fat guy in the bathroom mirror and woke up.
Any month is a great month to be on Phuket my brother..... Lol May is wonderful because you haven't got into the rainy season yet it's trifling stifling hot though..... Just come you'll love it.....
