I'm 16 and I really need Jesus in my life right now I have a mom who is in jail and I am struggling a lot right now. it has been one of the hardest times of my life, I just need Jesus in my life and prayer. I feel like I am worthless to everyone and that no one wants me in this world. Please be praying for me I need it.

9 and 1/2 months ago my wife physically attacked me and later called police. I was arrested. I have been separated from her all of this time and barely see most of my children. The life I had envisioned of growing old with the woman I love is gone. I felt like I had nothing to live for. I reached out in prayer and God told me that I need to stay alive for my children. I was in such deep despair I could barely function. I wanted the pain of heartbreak to end. The holy spirit filled me and let me know I wasn't alone. The holy spirit told me to give things a year. To let myself heal. I now go to church every week and listen to only Christian music. I feel the presence of the lord working in my life. The gift of salvation came at a great cost but I'm now alive and saved. 10 months ago I wanted to die more than anything. Now I want to be closer to Jesus more than anything.
Hang in there Seth taking it day by day. God has a great plan for your life but only you can get up each morning and determine to walk through those doors.
Keep it one day at a time and keep trusting Jesus plan for you and I'm praying

I ran away from God. But his love pursues me. He never gave up on me. On the night of my accident, I called out His name and he heard me. Bleeding internally for nearly 14 hrs before surgery. He gave me a chance to redeem myself and give a another chance to live. I am so grateful! I will lift and praise Him in all of my days

Native Islander, wow!! I've had a fairly similar experience! I grew up with mostly Christian family and regularly went to the same small-town methodist church together. As I reached my teen years, my outlook on life was turning sour and negative and I began drifting away from my Christian upbringing! I started turning into an atheist! Then, as my 17th birthday was aapproaching, I was driving my car and ran into a cow, as the story has been told to me! It really messed up my car and caused me a closed head injury!! I met the Lord and He corrected me on the wrong things I was doing and the wrong things I was believing!! (Or NOT believing, depending on how you look at it) He IS real, He IS perfect, He DOES love everyone and He IS on His throne!!!! Nowadays, I'm VERY happy, VERY blessed, redeemed and SOOOOO LOOKING FORWARD to the GLORIOUS DAY when I go to remain with our God, FOREVERMORE!!!!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!!!! 😃😄😊😇🥰🙌❤🙌❤🙌❤🙌❤ God bless you, one and all!!!!

I love this song so much. I'm 20 years old and I'm a recovering drug addict. I've been a addict since I was 17, I have been in recovery now 40 days. I started off with weed then went to pills then crystal meth, then heroin then Suboxone and I ended up overdosing on suboxone and I was throwing up blood 6 months ago. I hid my addiction for 2 years and my parents didn't know until I overdosed 6 months ago I then relapsed a month later on meth and heroin. My heroin had fentanyl in it. My meth had Molly in it. I started mixing Klonopins and meth and heroin. I was snorting 6 lines of heroin then 4 lines of Klonopins then smoking about an 8 ball of meth per day and I left all of that behind me and I found God. I'm now living my dreams of helping people get off the streets from what I was doing. I lost 2 friends that died behind drugs 1 behind meth and another one was my brother he was murdered behind drugs. My best friend just got released from prison behind drugs. People say I'm an inspiration because I took my life and turned it around. I'm living for God now. I will never go back to drugs. God bless you all.
I feel you man, I'm also 20 and a recovering porn addict. Addicted for over 10 years. I was not following God for a long time, despite knowing him all my life, but during my time in jail last year I knew I had to make a change. I cried out to God and he rescued me. Jesus saved us from our darkest days and he has a plan for both of us. Plans to give us a hope and a future. About a year ago I hated God, and now a year later I feel a calling to be a missionary to Norway for the name of Jesus! It's unbelievable how quickly and powerfully he can turn your life upside down when you call on his mighty name! God bless ;P and good luck bro!

I cry every time I hear this song. God's love is so overwhelming and humbling. I heard this song for the first time at church the same morning as getting news that my grandmother unexpectedly went into the hospital overnight and it didn't look good. My heard was so incredibly heavy that morning, but I just sang this song and praised the Lord. My grandmother praised and served Him all of her days just as this song says. She lived an amazing example of the Christian walk. God knew I needed to hear this song that morning, and it's been one of my favorites ever since.

I was driving home from the store when this song started playing on the radio. I had to stop for a red light...when a van came swerving by me...sped through the intersection, and somehow missed the traffic going through.
The cops started chasing him, I have no clue how the chase ended.
All I do know is that angels were hard at work keeping that intersection safe and God’s hand of protection was on everyone.

When i first heard this song, I listened to the lyrics and what they really meant. I was in a dark place, I was sinning against God and not confessing my sins to God or anyone. I was living a double life going to church and acting like a Christian while I was sinning at home and school. Until I heard this song. YES I WILL SING FOR JOY WHEN MY HEART IS HEAVY there are so impactful and have so much meaning behind them. This past Sunday I heard a sermon at my church, about hiding your sins and not confessing them. Later that night at a church SuperBowl Party, I confessed to my closest friends. We all did, we prayed and talked to God about it, I am so grateful to have Jesus Christ in my life and in my heart, and to be able to praise His name through His Word!

Just lost out on my place at medical school due to not meeting the entry requirements and I just felt at a loss. I am broken and tormented and I am running back to God with the hope I see his glory again. God is good and God is faithful. He is the strength of my heart.
My wife recently contracted Covid and was hospitalized for two weeks spending 3 days on a ventilator. I was quarantined the entire time She was hospitalized. I had Christian radio on at all times while She was battling this disease. Every time this song came on the tears would just flow from my eyes. I can't begin to explain how much this song means to me. As her condition improved, the Sunday before She was discharged I watched our Church on line and the VERY FIRST song the praise band played was this song. I knew then She would be okay. To God be the Glory. She has been home for two weeks recovering well. God speaks to us in many ways....

This coronavirus quarantine is a scar to us all. I've cried, overrate to help me not be depressed, complaining because I cant see my friends or grandparents an being stuck in a state I hate , this has caused me to gain weight an my blood pressure to be a little high. But I have to remember that this epidemic is going to tell who God is and what he has brought me through. I am going to not let this epidemic get the best of me because God is bigger than my problems!

It's hard being a teen during these times. I always try my best to serve God and to resist all the evil in this world. It's a struggle everyday, but I will not stop resisting. Anyway, I digress.
I have been battling ovarian cysts and sadness a divorce 3 years ago 4 concussions abuse, was admitted to the hospital Friday, came to a hotel Saturday, felt like I was dying, it's now Tuesday 3 pm and I couldn't read my Bible, pray was slipping away ,
God I'm sure said get up and walk ☝☝💯🙏😇💔💜 thank you Jesus, jirah , jehova , God of God's,
I am not feeling sick I'm crying
That's the power of our great king of heaven and earth, the drs sent Me away, but God said get up

You and me brother, I was a backslider for 5 years even knowing His word and still living in sin. I messed up big time, blew it, but my God is greater than my sins, Jesus died once and for all sin, even though I live with regret and flaming arrows that plague my mind and life daily, I confess my sins to him and repented (turned away from my sins) even with flaming arrows I chose to praise, even though my heart aches I lift his name, for all my days, yes i will. Thank you Lord! Thank you for being Faithful and just, forgiving those who come to you in repentance, although it is you Lord, you seek the the lost sheep and leave the 99 to find them. Keep pressing forward friend, keep running towards the goal, when you get knocked down 7 times, remember the righteous man gets up just as many. Sin is a trap, it's a snare, dont be a slave to it, he doesnt give us more than we can handle and makes a way out for us. God bless you, I'll keep you in my prayers and please do the same! It felt like yesterday, but over a year ago I had such an awful experience with people I hardly knew. It felt like Satans arrows were meant to destroy and maim me and I felt so hurt from this moment. I then had to play this song for worship in these days of the ever constant worry that someone out there wants to really hurt me. I never would have thought, a song so powerful as this would make me break down and cry. In moments of weakness HE is a God that never fails, and will work things out. I am so blessed that to this day, and I will never forget how POWERFUL of a GOD we serve. In moments where we feel weak, there HE is watching over me, a sinner.
Sent this to my dad a few weeks before he passed. In a hospital he praised Jesus. I hope to be as strong and faithful as he was till the end.
As someone who struggles currently suicidal thoughts, bipolar disorder, ptsd from sexual harassment , anxiety, depression, over weight, lack of self respect, a single mom with no help, and two parents who aren’t willing to listen I feel like im better off not existing. I go to normal to 3 seconds later wanting to end it all. But, God isn’t finished with my plan yet. Im writing this because I have no where else to turn to but hoping maybe someone can pray for me. I asked God last night to show me what I needed to do about a situation I was in.
