Hi there. I've made my son a Sim Racing setup and cut it out with a CNC so he has a nice F1 style sitting position. It uses his Switch and the Thrustmaster Ferrari steering wheel and pedals which I found on TradeMe (NZ). He plays Grid all the time and loves it. Works an absolute treat.
You could use the thrust master t150 if you do everything he says except have the little switch on the wheel set to ps4 (make sure the wheel is the recent one, it will say it works for ps4)
The Switch really does need some decent racing games... I think the perfect racing game for Switch would be Midtown Madness. Many a happy day was spent by me playing that and the sequel amongst other classics like NFS 4 and 5. I feel that the look and feel of the game would really lend itself to the type of console that the Switch is and the multiplayer element was really well done too.

Grid Autosport release date for Nintend on Switch = 19/09/2019. 🙄 Grid Autosport is good (a lot better than Gear Club) but it's still just a port of an old PC game which was better on PC. Hi just to clear some confusion. I have that wheel and it is indeed Force Feedback. It works really well on the PC and makes driving games more effective at the top levels of play or when competing with people on line. Keen to see how to get feedback working
If the console recognizes it as a pro controller that means you won’t have analog triggers/peddals. You would go from 0% gas to 100% without extra steps. I need a steering wheel which recognizes itself as a GameCube controller because those have analog and GRID autosport supports it.

A bit late with this comment but NFS Heat is only a PC/PS4/Xbox One game. EA might come out with previous ports for the system but I don't have my hopes up.

Hey I want to play v rally 4 with a steering wheel, at first I wanted to buy this wheel, but I can only find it second hand. Than I found a thrustmaster Ferrari red legend edition, does it work on a Nintendo switch with the stick in the video?
The Thrustmaster T80 also works via this method with a few changes. 1. The steering wheel needs to be on PS3 not PS4. 2. Your Adapter light needs to be on Purple. The only issue I’m encountering is that of the button remapping. Pressing the share & options doesn’t allow them to be remapped. I’m looking for a solution to that as I type this. Other than that the wheel & buttons all work.

Hi I've bought the same setup as show in this video and it didn't work at all ..so I gambled on buying brand new wheel the hori apex racing wheel and it works great even has small vibration feedback on wheel .. so if anyone buying or bought a new magic NS recently it may not work with older wheels

There is auto-accelerate on mariokart and it is easy to press b to brake for the steering wheel you can attach to your joycon.

This wheel is absolutely not force feedback. Its works with a bungie cord inside to create resistance when turning which is not force feedback.
