(a) cash inflow (b) cash outflow (c) cash outlay
And its answer is given option c cash outlay
But in your first question there is one option opportunity cost and u didn't considered it true.

No cash involved in imputed cost.(the cash that r not incurred.it plays an important role in decision making)
