I've watched you guys for awhile now. It'd be amazing if you all were allowed to do live broadcasts of the warm-ups or backstage area like olympic weightlifting does. This could allow the 10-20 minute breaks be something to watch for a little bit.
Just cant take the bench seriously man. I feel like there should be rules in place to shorten the grip width to a reasonable amount depending on your wingspan, or to the point where your forearms are vertical at the bottom of the movement.
@@pantalxn5892 as long as it isn't too extreme. This is pushing it imo but still a good deadlift, she's locking out above her knees and covering some solid distance

there is elbow depth which has helped but you have to work with what you can do i can’t arch like that but i do complain
