These look absolutely delicious. I love taro chips, I didn't know they were so easy to make. The sugar syrup made it better but I think it would still taste amazing without it. Whenever we go to Hawaii we got snack on these all the time, it's so crispy but very different from potato chips. We sometimes would use these to scoop up poke. Great recipe as always. I love it! I see you have been shopping at Costco again haha. I bought the pancake mix because of you, so hopefully I'll have a chance to try your waffle recipe soon! Great kitchen hack in using a peeler as a slicer, now taro chips are all uniform in thickness. Nice, sweet syrup to coat the chips, really looks yummy and the crispness is irresistible. Liked34👍🏻
