  • Sea squirt bibimbap! Let's make it properly in Tongyeong style! I learned it from a local restaurant in Tongyeong! No red chili-pepper paste with vinegar. Don't!
    [Ingredients]
    Two bags of sea squirt 120g, green garlic, garlic, ginger, toot (seaweed), young leaf vegetables, sprout vegetables, radish sprouts, seaweed flakes, rice, sesame seeds, sesame oil, etc.
    [Seasoned]
    1 tuna liquid, 1/2 soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of oyster sauce, a bit of sesame oil.
    *TIP: Originally, Hapja salted soup (mussel extract) and fish sauce are in it, but they don't usually have it at home, so let's increase the synchro rate with the stomach seasoning!
    [How to make it]
    1. Cut the sea squirt into small pieces and put a strainer on it.
    *TIP: It doesn't get sticky when it's mixed with a bit of water!
    2. Chop green garlic, garlic, and ginger little by little.
    2-1. You can only use 1/5 of garlic for ginger.
    3. Put the chopped vegetables into the well-cut sea squirt and mix them well.
    *TIP: I'll add sesame oil when I mix it with rice later. If you go in now, you'll eat up the scent of sea squirts!
    4. Put as much warm rice as you want.
    5. Add sprout vegetables, young leaf vegetables, radish sprouts, toot, and seaweed flakes to your taste!
    *TIP: Tongyeong just adds seasoned seaweed!
    6. Put the seasoned sea squirts on top and add sesame seeds and sesame oil!
    7. When you want to go to Tongyeong, let’s try a meal!
