Components:
450 gr smoked sausage
2 tablespoons olive oil or any other
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
250 g spaghetti with a bow tie or any other
3 tomatoes
120 ml (1/2 cup) viscous cream
460 ml (2 cups) water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 kg black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried oregano
Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat
120 grams (1 cup) cheddar cheese
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat
Dill optional
