This is no disrespect to Jim but he would've absolutely ruined their careers, I say no disrespect because he's clearly much older an in a different head space than he was when he was in his late 20s... He's in his late 40s now his business mindset is different after years of fckin up!!!

Better for all those guys. Their careers would've went nowhere under Jim Jones. If Stack Bundles and Max B, who were signed to Jimmy, signed with better labels/teams, they both would've went much further. Stack really could've been a star. Super talented lyricist, had the look and "it" factor, and knew how to make songs. Jimmy had that man still stranded in the hood, where he eventualky got killed. Smdh.

Jim real for recognizing he was short sighted at the time…it takes a lot of fore sight to be a bibby (a street guy) signing someone like juicewrld, someone who wasn’t a street guy. The ability to recognize juicewrld’s ability and skill was bigger than all that tough guy image💯

Listening to this let's me know how much real talent gets left on the table that we may not hear. Think of how many other artists we didn't get to hear because of an industry person like Jim jones

If you want to sign artists got to have broad taste. Cant just go after hood rappers. Those are cool but you want the ones who have mass appeal. Who can go mainstream and make timeless hit records that will live on. Think outside the box.

It's not just Jim Jones that look over artists that are stars. The whole music industry does it! They're stuck in their ways, rich, big headed and have a bad attitude. They'll only give credit after you've blew up bc you have a name now. That's sad foreal. Black ppl don't help each other man
