Go to plugins Search for QuickMapServices Install the plugin After installing, Go to Web tab Select QuickMapServices Scroll to settings Then go to More services tab And click on "Get contributed pack" Wait until it downloads While still on QMS settings tab go to visibility and tick ESRI.

@@GEORGE.M.M I Searched the name and I think Esri is a paid service. Not sure if they have some free maps. I'm not an expert though
