    Kassandra... PLEASE make a longer version for this. we need more upper back stretches on youtube. my pain is strictly in my mid thoracic spine and it kills me... I'd love if you did one for that!💓💓

      for the lower traps by starting in prone and barley off the ground, arms reach side ways with thumb pressing upward. hold for a few breathe and release.

    Love this short yoga workout for upper / mid back pain. I'd love it if you could do a mini workout of the best stretches for cervical spine / neck.

    after doing yoga with you every day for a few weeks today I have pain in my left chest muscle, I'm female so laying on my front isn easy lol, maybe tight shoulders caused it or I did a pose wrong.. I will search for chest pain videos, thank you x

    Hi kassandra I have a question I had rotator cuff repair on both left and right shoulders recently and my thoracic spine has frozen up and I'm dealing with lots of pain around my upper back also have bad knees and can't get up and down off the ground any recommendation on how I can exercise my thoracic spine without being on the ground

    I posted this question from one of my other accounts but not sure if it posted so I'm reposting it here.
    Do Yoga mats have a lifespan? My Yoga Mat is about 5 years old and my its seems my feet and hands don't grip the mat as well anymore. Instead of gripping they are starting to slip during certain poses.
    Should I replace my yoga mat with a new one?

      Robert Nelson I think the answer would be yes. If you’re noticing your yoga mat isn’t performing as you like consider a new one. Places like Ross, Marshall’s etc often have a selection at reasonable prices.
