This show isn't what people thought. It pointed out the hypocricy that exists in these movements. I wouldn't rank it in my top 10 Netflix choices but it would surprise a lot of you commenting below.

Btw I never watched this show & I Iove ALL races, so DON'T even come at me with the BS. I'm just TIRED of seeing this same shit where ANYTHING that's JUST for us black people or made specifically for us, etc..... white people come out of nowhere crying & whining in the comments ACTING LIKE they're "left out" or accusing racism because it's NOT for them (notice how they ONLY do this with anything black, no other races get that treatment) ............ @Vegalus because an intelligent person wouldn't buy into something seemingly divisive regardless of who sponsored it or what message it may convey.
Once you see a group of people dogging on another group of people and intelligent person shuts their brain off and moves on with their life.
If they wanted to preach a message that brought people together and United blacks and whites then they shouldn't have put up so much anti-white crap in the trailers.
Do you really think people are going to sit there in a movie theater willingly and aid the producers and narrow-minded "actors" in their own racial roasting?

It was actually very critical of those movements and the hypocricy in a subtle way. The most militant girl was hiding a white boyfriend for example. I went into it expecting Watchmen but it was actually entertaining and funny

People gave the "Dear White People" thing a chance 3 years ago. The concensus was that it was garbage. Why would they give this a chance? Especially considering how horrifically bad the trailer is.

@Vegalus Well there are millions of movies in the world, It would be impossible for me to give every single one them a chance. I didn't like what I saw in the trailer and I'm trusting the opinion of other people that this movie isn't worth watching. I doublt i'm going to watch it and its going into my top 10 favorite movies of all time.
