I know for the day to throw on my ND filter, but what are your settings like for this night time?
Have you ever had cracking sound at high speed from your mic? I’ve tried a Rode Lavalier 2 and it’s cracks so bad. Now I’ve got a cheap one and it’s better but the audio still cracks. Any experience or fixes? Thanks
The cracks happen because wind is hitting the mic louder than the mic is able to receive at. Take a lil cloth, wrap it around the mic and put the mic in a deadcat (it’s a mic fur sock for wind protection, you can find it on amazon) and place the mic behind the cheekpad where no wind can touch it
