This is some solid advice but if they don’t know your worth make sure you do because pride will hold them back from paying until your gone and they feel the lost.. know your worth.. As a New nurse I was Told what I could get paid and I have always made more than my friends 5 years and more in the game. My question in an interview will I get a new nurse assignment lol the face expression is priceless.

Yup sometimes new nurses make more because old nurses don’t ask for raises
