I'm a tom and jerry main too (currently at 48k spot in 1v1, not much but eh) and my suggestions for you are: Use the racket and tennis balls more, the racket is really good for some dmg and the tennis are very annoying for the enemy. And also use jerry slingshot facing to the ground, that will make the enemy to bounce off the ground and then you can continue with an air neutral or a frying pan.
Anyways, good video and nice gameplay. Keep it up bro
