sharing the sentiments of Ghanaians living in Ghana all year long. The government is only interested in pleasing non residents to the detriment of residents. Healthcare, Water, electricity.... basic services very terrible!
When I retire, I plan to stay 3 to 6 months out of the year in an African country. I can deal w/ everything you mentioned except I place reliable wifi as top priority!
Thank you so much I really appreciate it!!! Yes got to let people know it’s different in real life when coming from Detty December and the good out weight the bad once you prepare in your mind for the negative and work with it.
I appreciate hearing realistic pros and cons. I live in America and I can write an entire book on the cons (as well as the pros). My interpretation is not that she's bashing Ghana, but saying "don't be shocked by the things that no one told you...here is a list of things that may shock you" but the same would apply if someone was planning to move to the states as a non-resident. No where is perfect but I personally appreciate hearing things that I need to know, should I visit Ghana. 😊
Very informative 😃I noticed very similar things in Uganda - the internet, laid back lifestyle & the bribes in certain situations lol. You just have to find a way work with it if you want to stay there 😅 Keep the amazing content coming!
You can go to Belize and do a video about the negative things there so prospective visitors will also know the negative aspects of Belize. I have watched a lot of your videos you put out on You Tube, and most of them have negative messages unlike other real African Americans who document their experience in Ghana
I am so sorry you feel this way hunny!!! I am really sorry you don’t understand my option and perceptive and this just the little negative I got a next video come out about the positive things I love Ghana and I am not give no false narrative to other these are the facts about Ghana 🇬🇭 and when I go to Belize 🇧🇿 best Believe I will do the same
@loveforall5490 1 second ago Yes, any Vaseline. As soon as it bite you use Vaseline so it can prevent the scar. When i was in Africa, i added pure shea butter to my feet to prevent dusty feet, lol. Shea butter is a natural sun screen
Ha ha beautiful Sister let me tell you the fact.ghana 🇬🇭 have one of the best service both INTERNET and Electricity 🔌 in west Africa 🇬🇭 please try other West Africa countries and you will see difference
It's very pricey to live in Ghana, and the people there will take advantage of you in a heartbeat!!!!! If you do go to Ghana, or any other African country, bring you a lot of money. I'm FBA, (Foundational Black American) but I do love my African brothas and sistas. However, in many cases, Africans don't look at themselves as one people, so it's best to stick with a few Africans who understand. FBA all day, everyday🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!!!!! Akin.
@@iamstacyswift Yeah, indeed!!!!! Hahaha!!!!! But in all seriousness, if you're FBA interested in African lifestyles, (similar to myself) bring lots of money, and don't give it to no one. Don't expect Africans (west, south, east, north) to roll out the red carpet for you, or adore you with a "Coming to America" vibe. That mess is a fantasy. So for all my FBA brothas and sistas that wanna make some connections to our brothas and sistas across the Atlantic, keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. FBA all day, everyday🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!!!!! Akin.
It’s my experience that’s the prove babe 🙏sorry you feel that way I still love Ghana 🇬🇭 maybe you can pin out what you think it’s not true and then we can go from there with your statement :) thanks for watching and supporting xoxox ❤️
@@iamstacyswift You claim, without proof that the immigration officer gave you only 60 days instead of 90 days, asked for your téléphone number with the view to asking for a bribe the next time you went to renew your visa. Please note that visas are just à leave to enter à country. It is the duty of the immigration officer on duty at his disretio , to give you period you can remain, and not you. I was exactly in the same situation but they were very professionnal. Being an attractive woman, there could have been several other reasons why he asked for your number. Baseless allégations of this nature feed into the perception that all Africans are corrupt including YOU. I am wondering why you label yourself as African -American instead of Afro-Belizian. For your information the reason why I first watched your video was that you looked so much like a typical Ghanaian woman , short, dark, plump, generous front and back. Only your belizan gave you away.
It seam to me that you left the island of Belize to live in the USA then give up all this comfort to find an African husband don't you think it would be better return to the comfort you used to there's plenty of man here to marry you and be your husband or go back to Belize to find a husband you could buy a house in Florida with fruits and vegetables on the property
It would have been better u walked away to any of the other west african countries,if Ghana didnt meet ur expectations. rather than all these rants..and who do u expect to support you?

What I like about you is that you tell the truth about Ghana. So many youtubers don't tell the truth about the countries that they move to.
Thank you so much you got to tell the trust because when other people go visit they don’t get disappointed!!!
@@iamstacyswift Yep. That's what I was thinking.
