We had similar cheating episode happened in lalitha jewellery shop in vijayawada. The salesman said something but different in billing. We had taken ear studs for about one and half lakhs which are actually green colour stones in stead of emerald stones. But we were interested in taking emerald ear studs. The sales man bluffed us by saying that those are emerald. Despite the management accepted the fault at them, we were informed to wait over one month to get the emerald set. We get neither new one nor bill amount back. Lalitha jeweyhere is not reliable and habituated cheaters
