No, I think it's just that the soundpack isn't there yet or hasn't been loaded properly.
Playing Jane in the most basic way possible with the most basic team lol. Nobody is going the disorder and it’s simply stupid
Actually this is one of Jane’s better teams they simply weren’t giving Seth enough field time to proc shock on the enemy to get disorder.
Also in the video they actually proc disorder multiple times so your statement of “no will get disorder” is just flat out wrong.
