    I have 2 karashigoi and a kigoi. None are exceptional in size but they are very good in everything else. One karash is even a peach color. It's the qifes favorite

    I'v got one yellow Karashigoi amongst 13 other variety koi...... I find that mine gets fat! She's always the first and last to eat! 😅😅😅 Surprisingly my showa and asagi grows faster (longer), but she's much wider!

    Karashigoi are rather plain compared to the gosanke group but when large they definitely have an impressive presence in a pond. I have a doitsu male karashigoi in my pond and although it didn't grow as large as I was hoping it is still an impressive fish.
