Absolutely not. It is clear, the turner is uneducated. (just stopped the video there) He doesn't even know how to sharpen a simple turning tool! Using bad stone, tool jumping on the stone - needs rounding, pointy tip, putting the hot tool into cold water, no chip breaker. These are basic things, and nobody knows or tells him. I was CNC machine operator/programmer, with a good education, i know enough to judge the situation.
