Thanks for tuning in! I had a blast both fishing and exploring the hiking trail. Let me know in the comments below if you liked this video and want to see more!
Thanks! Unfortunately, I have gone out like 7 times after this but no luck catching anything except for the one time I wasn't recording! HAHA. I do plan to make a few more fishing trips and if I do catch something, clean and cook is on my list of to-do's as I've never actually ate fish that I've caught so far.
Thanks man. Was a first for me... been driving all over central MD looking for spots and have been skunked since early July lol... only caught 1 sunfish that time out and wasn't all that exciting (hence no video).
Thanks! This was the first trout I ever caught.... still haven't caught any other trout but I did catch some white perch, yellow perch, bluegill, and even a crab since then.
Been skunked all summer except for a few white perch and a blue crab. As far as the reel, I was more of a spincaster person.... picked that rod up a while back but haven't gone fishing in years... didn't realize it was upside down until after posting.
Thanks for checking it out. This was the first time I went out fishing in decades.... in a complete noob move, I held the rod upside down (spinner facing me)... lol
Not sure how good the fishing is there. I hadn't gone to Riverfront, although it was on my list of places. For now it has to wait since I moved out of state last summer. But check out fishbrain. Grab the app and you can see where others reported catching fish. Additionally, here's the link to the area around Riverfront Park. fishbrain.com/fishing-waters/iiEenYA4

@@DungeonsAndDiving that's cool!
Nice! First trout! You should start fishing for largemouth bass in this summer heat! Also , you are using your spinning reel upside down!
