When we do loving things, you do not mind sacrificing; you put the needs of another before your own; you give without expecting anything in return. Thank you LORD for providing for me and my sons. As I constantly struggle to pay bills and as I struggle to buy groceries. God has never left my side. I’m surviving by the grace of GOD! Jesus is my salvation. What I find helpful , is to intercede for Christians in different countries that are persecuted. North Korea, Armenia, Iran, Iraq, South Sudan, oh yes and Israel....and other places. Pray .🎉❤
For years I have struggled to pray out loud. Or even participating in prayer in church. Because when I went to the national church, we were given prayers to read. But that wasn't my words. I usually agreed with the statements, but it wasn't my prayer. It was a standard text to be read. Even after I started going to a different church, praying out loud felt like I was saying it for the benefit of the other people in the church, not God. So, I prayed in silence, or whispering in tongues. But after a while I stopped doing even that. It is only just recently that I've even tried to take part in the prayers in the church again. When I am at home, I struggle to take the time to read my Bible. And even on the days I do, I often neglect praying. I want prayer to be a natural part of my life, but I want to at least feel comfortable doing it at all. It is a real struggle, especially when I feel that my prayers aren't answered. I hear testimonies of others prayers being heard, but I have nothing. I want to be able to take part in my church's prayer meetings. But that barrier is so high for me. Thank you for posting lessons like this. Listening to this, on Good Friday, I hope that this holiday season can be the beginning of a new era, when I take part in prayer again. Though it won't be on my knees, since God has allowed my body to crumble like an old woman's. But I can kneel in my mind, if my body cannot.

Pastor, I thank God for you and the powerful sermons lessons for every living for Christian living,as children of God we must know that prayer is our power tool to defeat Satan especially on bending knees, My knees are blistered by consistent kneeling so I started to pray kneeling in the morning and sitting at nights on my bed,and Father God has defeated Satan who tried to take my life, and turned my Family and relatives against me the battle was outrageous, But God.
You should walk (if you can) around your house and pray over every window, every door, every closet and pray for Gods protection. I get a small amount of olive oil (doesn’t have to be olive oil, I prefer it) and touch the sides of the doors and the lintel-the top of the door. And I pray that no evil thing would come into this room, that whoever is in that room would have good sleep and would turn to Christ for salvation. I have done the upstairs of our house, I need to do the downstairs. I’m also going to get a 1/2 gallon of grape juice-red for the blood-and lay down a blood line on the perimeter of our property. Pray that no evil thing crosses our property, that no damage would come to the house, no sickness would come through our door. And that the Holy Spirit would be welcome. That my family would want to hear about the Lord. Pray for anything that comes to mind. I’m probably going to do it early in the morning. Have to come up with a good time.

I used to pray in the bath tub too because that's the only secluded place I could go to. But that's where I got blessed and sweet times of prayer with the Lord. This is real and powerful teaching! ❤
I actually stopped going to my recent church because they replaced prayer and after service alter calls with running out to the church foyer to buy coffee and chat. Oh and because it's all just lights and entertainment. My church for now is prayer abs morning readings at home until I find a church that puts all that nonsense aside .

Please pray that I can overcome rejection of myself and children from church. New to christ at the time. Problems overcome. Back slidden .seeing my sin trying to make amendments. But was blocked. For years I have struggled to pray out loud. Or even participating in prayer in church. Because when I went to the national church, we were given prayers to read. But that wasn't my words. I usually agreed with the statements, but it wasn't my prayer. It was a standard text to be read. Even after I started going to a different church, praying out loud felt like I was saying it for the benefit of the other people in the church, not God. So, I prayed in silence, or whispering in tongues. But after a while I stopped doing even that. It is only just recently that I've even tried to take part in the prayers in the church again. When I am at home, I struggle to take the time to read my Bible. And even on the days I do, I often neglect praying. I want prayer to be a natural part of my life, but I want to at least feel comfortable doing it at all. It is a real struggle, especially when I feel that my prayers aren't answered. I hear testimonies of others prayers being heard, but I have nothing.
I want to be able to take part in my church's prayer meetings. But that barrier is so high for me.
Thank you for posting lessons like this. Listening to this, on Good Friday, I hope that this holiday season can be the beginning of a new era, when I take part in prayer again. Though it won't be on my knees, since God has allowed my body to crumble like an old woman's. But I can kneel in my mind, if my body cannot.

You should walk (if you can) around your house and pray over every window, every door, every closet and pray for Gods protection. I get a small amount of olive oil (doesn’t have to be olive oil, I prefer it) and touch the sides of the doors and the lintel-the top of the door. And I pray that no evil thing would come into this room, that whoever is in that room would have good sleep and would turn to Christ for salvation. I have done the upstairs of our house, I need to do the downstairs. I’m also going to get a 1/2 gallon of grape juice-red for the blood-and lay down a blood line on the perimeter of our property. Pray that no evil thing crosses our property, that no damage would come to the house, no sickness would come through our door. And that the Holy Spirit would be welcome. That my family would want to hear about the Lord. Pray for anything that comes to mind. I’m probably going to do it early in the morning. Have to come up with a good time.

I actually stopped going to my recent church because they replaced prayer and after service alter calls with running out to the church foyer to buy coffee and chat.
Oh and because it's all just lights and entertainment.
My church for now is prayer abs morning readings at home until I find a church that puts all that nonsense aside .
