It's Percy’s birthday! Thomas and all their friends are busy busy busy getting a surprise party ready for him and everything must be Percy Perfect! Someone has balloons (fake props), someone is bringing décor, and of course Thomas is deliverying the cupcakes*. But on the way to the party everything goes wrong! All the while, Percy is looking for his friends. When everyone arrives to the party empty handed, they think the day will be ruined. But when Percy arrives he's so excited to see all his friends and to share his big day with his best buddies. Friends is what make a party Percy Perfect!
