Harekrishna, jai His Divine Grace Abhay Charanaravinda Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada Ki Jai I was 💯 percent convinced that there is srila prabhupada protective shield around all his disciples
6:07 well, she's just a sentimental woman. Of course, when sentiments are directed towards God or towards a pure devotee, it becomes very good, but in the same way people direct their sentiments towards anything or anyone... Feelings are a fragile foundation, devotees should develop intelligence and get a firm foundation in philosophy, realizing to yourself and preaching. I think at that time the bulk of the devotees came to Prabhupada mainly on feelings, because feelings move the bulk of people, but this is also the reason why the movement died out quickly. As soon as the wind of feelings blew in the other direction, they were carried away... Unfortunately, most of the devotees did not understand the philosophy; their understanding was very superficial. They rejoiced and sang, but then they were all carried away
hare krishna, im not sure what you mean by how "the movement died out quickly", iskcon is flourishing and these devotees are still sincerely practicing more than 30 years after his divine grace left his human body. i know this devotee personally and her practice is still very dynamic. she is well versed in scripture and chants in public often. dandavats
@@rainbowpeapod2796 The movement decreased, preaching and book distribution decreased, most of the centers opened under Srila Prabhupada were closed, only a few centers remained, mainly in India, Russia, and a few in the USA. If she or someone practices, that's very good. Practice should include preaching in the material world, but most leaders do not do this. Almost no one goes out with books, writes articles on the Internet, or meets prominent people - scientists, writers, journalists, etc., as Srila Prabhupada did. Prabhupada said, “Chant the mantra, read my books, preach, then you will not fall under the influence of maya.” These three points are listed in order of importance, repeating a mantra is the general initial principle, reading books is a more developed stage, preaching is the most developed stage, “sermon is the essence.” It is not a mantra, not a temple, not a guru, not a prasad. The sermon is the point. Prabhupada said that his brothers in God died out because they did not preach. Much the same thing happened with ISKCON. Although some devotees still go out with books, it keeps some life in them. If a person, whether he is in a spiritual organization or outside, regularly goes out with books and preaches to the best of his ability in the material world, he will be spiritually alive and will develop
