About Transformers:
Transformers is a media franchise produced by American toy company Hasbro and Japanese toy company Takara Tomy. It follows the battles of sentient, living autonomous robots, often the Autobots and the Decepticons, who can transform into other forms, such as vehicles and animals. The franchise encompasses toys, animation, comic books, video games and films. As of 2011, it generated more than ¥2 trillion ($25 billion) in revenue, making it one of the highest-grossing media franchises of all time.
The franchise began in 1984 with the Transformers toy line, comprising transforming mecha toys from Takara's Diaclone and Microman toylines rebranded for Western markets. A live-action film series started in 2007, again distinct from previous incarnations, while the Transformers: Animated series merged concepts from the G1 continuity, the 2007 live-action film and the "Unicron Trilogy". For most of the 2010s, in an attempt to mitigate the wave of reboots, the "Aligned" continuity was established. In 2018, Transformers: Cyberverse debuted, once again, distinct from the previous incarnations.
Although initially a separate and competing franchise started in 1983, Tonka's Gobots became the intellectual property of Hasbro after their buyout of Tonka in 1991. Subsequently, the universe depicted in the animated series Challenge of the GoBots and follow-up film GoBots: Battle of the Rock Lords was retroactively established as an alternate universe within the Transformers robot superhero storyline.

Please do you research before you post a video. Rhinox never was an Autobot. Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal are two different bots. The two trucks and the cars are Terracons. Maximals are not reptiles.

Arcee, n Black Archid are originally from gen 1, beast wars, n the Netflix gen. Night bird negates another popular character Black Arachnia.
Arcee and Airachnid were in Transformers: Prime as well, Arcee being a mostly blue with pink accent custom kawasaki bike, and Airachnid a black and gold helicopter.

Scourge, Nightbird and the Orange Tow Truck are not Decepticons, but are Terrorcons. A new faction of villains that are enemies of all the other "Tribes", mainly the Autobots and Maximals.
In Transformers: Prime, Terrorcons are zombie-cons and are mindless, resurrected via the power of dark energon/the blood of Unicron.
The Bumblebee film did more right, than all of Bay's films combined. The opening 10 minute Cybertron scene destroyed anything that Bay put together.

I'm glad they're making a new live action transformers movie after the events of bumblebee. Hopefully we get more screen time for some characters who died WAY to early in the movie. You know like mirage, arcee, the twins, starscream, and so many more.
I've been a fan of Transformers since the cartoon so to see that they're going back and telling the story based off the cartoon will be like watching the most recent Mortal Kombat. I'd have to say Revenge of the Fallen and Age of Extinction were my absolute favorites. Grimlock is my favorite character and to see him in action was EPIC to say the least. The fact that they are able to keep the original voice of Optimus from the cartoons was what sold me on the franchise. I can't wait to see this film!!!

What you have just stated was so wrong. You just went off the path and just started talking about random "facts" and videos from pacific rim which isn't even related to transformers. You have only spent like 30 seconds talking about the leaked IMAGES. not footage, and played a FAN MADE transformers trailer for the upcoming movie, which again isn't even connected to what you are talking about. This video is just straight up bogus.

Yeah! They say they are trying to stay within the line of the G1 characters. As much as I loved the Transformers movies, and I do.
Their biggest mistakes are the Decepticons. First, Except of a few ( a very few ) Decepticons had NO cars. Decepticons were Flyers and Weapons (aside of the Stunticons and of course the Constructicons) which they destroyed the look of Devastator. I was so excited when they said that the Constructicons was going to be in the 2nd movie. Plus some people posted a few photos of Devastator, it looked fantastic. And then we saw the trucks on the ground, it was exciting! And there is was, that ridiculous sand-eating dragon hybrid monster. That was one of the most disappointing characters that they did, aside of ShockWave in the same movie.. At least they got him right in the Bubblebee movie.
So if you want to center the movies towards the G1 characters. Well, start making the characters like the G1 characters.
Not just making any kind of vehicles and whatever and just using the G1 names.
In the BubbleBee movie, when they showed them on Cybertron, they looked great! More armor less skeletee, and they should ease off on the transformations. Simplify it a little. It looks 100 times better when they use a simple transformation. When you start to say that the transformation looks more real in a cartoon than in a high-priced movie. Then there's a problem!

It’s a different universe & sequel to bumblebee and it’s going to be A g1 & beats wars film all together plus it’s A reboot & The only thing you people shouldn’t be worried about is the military won’t be in this film. It has been stated multiple times before and after the release of Bumblebee that Bumblebee is confirmed to be a reboot of the series and has no relation to Bay's movies.
Technically, its a prequel. Michael Bay is a producer, but he's not directing it anymore.
