One of my favorite things about Jakarta is probably their Trans Jakarta. I was surprised by how clean & nice it is, ended up going everywhere with it to avoid traffic. For the food I really liked bakso, soto, phempek and nasi udok. Not the best city in Indonesia but definitely a must visit.

Hi Jason, I've just watched some of your other videos, the one from Kosovo was interesting because my barber in London is from Kosovo, I think its interesting that the country is like a mix between Slavic and Islamic, it's like Serbia and Turkey in one. I plan on going there and India( in 2024, when they will have their 1st High speed train, financed by Japan) . Japan and India are cooperating more and more, why? They both fear the rise of China. I've travelled extensively throughout Europe, lived in Seville for one year and learnt Spanish, later on studied French. I've also been to Ecuador in South America and the USA, plan on visiting Canada in 2021. There is another country that I've been to and you must must go there I really recommend it.....TURKEY!!!! It is amazing, go to Istanbul, you were close when you were in Bulgaria, it is a mix between the east and the west, Islamic and friendly like Indonesia( this smashes the myth put out by the far right that all Muslims are violent). In Istanbul buy a huge box of Turkish sweets, they are called Turkish delights but are NOT the same as we can get in the UK. you will be really amazed at how delicious they are, I brought 3 large boxes back with me when I returned to the UK. a tourist visa can be obtained on arrival in Istanbul airport, I can't remember how much it cost me, not a lot, £40 or £60. Good luck to you on your travels, every day we learn something and experience something different, that's the beauty of travelling. Would you ever go to North Korea?
I think you should visit the Jakarta’s main downtown Sudirman-Thamrin and also GBK sport complex around Senayan that prepared for the Asian Games this august. There isnt many foreign vlogger made videos there, maybe that can be interesting!

Red Spot, I am quite sure you've never been here to Jakarta or else where Indonesia. The kid who rides bicycle just greet him and saying "hi bule" means "hi white" - a call to white people which means positive gesture. The kids who took the picture with him were just because this guy having a camera in his hand and they offered a help.
