I especially feel bad for Steven, he’s received so much childhood trauma and we didn’t even know cause at first it was a cute and cool cartoon till Steven grew up and experienced lots of stuff at once 😢

Yeah literally we just thought they were dumb adventures cuz he seemed so happy in the end and shit. Then when he went to the doctor for the first time when he was 16, we saw a playback of all traumatic moments playing a bunch of stuff from just season one and he was like "that's just the early stuff"

HONESTLY THIS…THIS IS REAL i watched all 4 of these, Finished and rewatched, they were so good and this is so true, Luz went to the demon realm facing a lot of trauma with Belos, and then collector and also King and Eda , Adora having to face the problems fighting with her bestfriends and shera, that all while fighting her ex-best friend catra too, then Anne has to see Marcy get stabbed in the back, earth getting invaded by amphibians, and lasy Steven, whos mom was a literal diamond, then becoming a rebellion leader, but steven has to commit to HER crimes, these shows were so good fr i loved it so much, they showed anxiety and stress in diffe ways and same!! I recommend

Anne literally DIES and forever knows that she isn’t actually herself, but a copy, causing existential dread, along with losing what she thought of as her family forever. Steven grew old and realized the terrible things that happened to him were neglected and caused generational pain because of his mother. He went across the universe and nobody ever thanked him or apologized for the pain he felt.
It’s sad, most cartoons just stay the same way and it’s all goofy. That’s what we wish for
The “Oh I’m just a kid” and “Oh I’m no longer a kid” is so sad for Luz and me maybe someday.
