Hurts more to have an infected pimple than a quick poke. Once it's bleeding freely the pressure from inflammation drops off taking most of the pain with it.
Unfortunately a lot of people, even doctors, do not know, that there is really only the radical way to defeat acne! Anything else (especially creams or half hearted pressure) makes it a LOTTT worse.
@@BeautyByAmeera - No...he didn't bleed out. More or less like someone else said above that's bacteria mixed with old trapped blood. It needs to be expressed to heal.
As a nurse, using the same surgical cotton square is spreading bacteria around which can cause staff infections. Also she should be changing gloves often! This is so unsanitary
Common in the business. No. You are not contaminating the needle nor the face then. The gloves and needle are only touching the face and not something else.
I’m constantly amazed at the amount of positive comments on these videos. She does manage to get a good amount of stuff out of the pores, but I never consistently see her empty the pore completely. And that knife might be sharp (for poking the blocked pore) but for the majority of the face it’s overkill. This is not the kind of acne that’s ever going to get better by squeezing the crap out of it. I’m HORRIFIED, but I’m definitely still gonna watch. I just feel bad for this victim.
Finally, video's that show how to treat the deep acne. So many skip over blood, infection or treatment of these deeply affected areas. Blood is a natural part and when the camera is diverted, it takes away the continuity. This film shows the natural sequence and how to treat it. Thank you.
They don't hurt skip over it. Just because you've seen a 15 minute clip doesn't mean the treatment is done. RUclips has been cracking down on channels HARD and completely removes the video because of the blood and "gore." For channels to keep these videos up, they divert the camera momentarily so that it doesn't break guidelines.
What is the matter here? Why are they continuing to bleed this patient over and over? You may bleed out a couple of squirts to get rid of all the inner detritus, but don't keep doing it even more! The pt. should have had a good fresh piece of cotton put on that repeatedly bleeding spot and pressure applied. Funny, in other videos you wish they'd push harder, and this time they overdid it.

Everyone complains when she doesn’t show us all the big ones. Today she showed the big ones and y’all are still complaining. 😂 Great job, she really cleaned those out!
To add to your comment, with cystic acne you have to get to the ones coming to the surface in order to stop them from forming into large cysts. Therefore, when it seems she is ignoring the large ones, that is the reason. If she empties all the pimples at once, 1. That’s too much for a person to take in pain . 2. It could trigger their body’s sensors to replace the missing sebum releasing a flood of new oil creating even more cysts. 3. Many clients are on treatment schedules that can be two days in a row, then spread out a little more to reach coming in weekly, etc. so he may be coming in tomorrow for the larger cysts tomorrow. And finally 4. When you extract the red cysts or red clusters of cysts, you are extracting where there is infection. Which kicks of the immune system swelling the area with histamines. Once that begins it makes it very difficult to see the cysts below the surface. As you see they stretch the skin after the extraction to find the next one. That is also why you sometimes see them move away to another area when you are still seeing others that need extracting there. To let that area settle and not swell.
If anyone has joined this channel then they love it as much as I do, unfortunately RUclips isn't able to answer the questions that I want to know if I joined this channel please let me know and I will figure out how to check my comments cuz I still don't know how to do that on here. I really love this channel and I would like to see more of it thank you
Thats a bacterial blood bath. What the hell is going on with those dirty gloves and blade poking around the face, and how this is going to help the poor guy except he’s coming back with even worse breakouts to give you another video
It's not as bad as it looks in some respects. The gloves and instruments are clean at the start of the treatment, the client's skin is inflamed due to the cystic acne being broken down by the client's own body. Not an external source. So whilst it looks awful, the skin is more than used to it's own flora and fauna. The skin will be sanitised before the end the the appointment. The biggest sin in this video was how long they mashed on the inflamed areas. That must have been very painful.

Does this really help with acne? Are there other concurrent treatments? Do they come back frequently? I would be happy about this if it provides long term relief for them.
I do often question what is the benefit of this? If its infected then antibiotics surely need to be used with these removals. I must say the poor persons skin looks so angry
It depends. If they completely empty the pore and the person keeps it clean so it doesn't refill....it helps. If it refills it will come right back. When mine gets bad I get it more open with steam or hot water, empty it as much as possible, clean my face with a good trusted cleanser then cold water (it shrinks the pore down again cause hot water makes it expand). *Note* I'm not at all an expert. It's just what ive noticed and seen over time 😂
Tbh this is years of neglect to have this many, the culprit usually not thoroughly cleaning up make up or rarely washing faces, something blocking the pores so face oil cannot go out be it dust, dirt or make up, using foundation can cause this especially if the person doesn't remove it completely.

As a nurse, using the same surgical cotton square is spreading bacteria around which can cause staff infections. Also she should be changing gloves often! This is so unsanitary
Common in the business. No. You are not contaminating the needle nor the face then. The gloves and needle are only touching the face and not something else.
You mean staph infection?

OUCH!! Thank you to the patient for letting this be filmed. 💕❤️💕
Also it's never properly cleaned. H
The gloves are disgusting and. I like these videos when the dr is clean and hygienic.
@@ReblQueen None of these involve a doctor. Thuy and most others doing these videos are skin estheticians. 🤍
@@ReblQueen I dont think that the end of the video is the end of the treatment, there might be more that goes on afterwards (and i hope there is).
Well emptying the sack will make it heal faster, remove the corn and it will be gone, beside this is not one time treatment should be done regularly.
It's so frustrating when they barely break the surface with their instruments on an area that is obviously a deep pocket.

@@aharrrrr 7
What is the matter here? Why are they continuing to bleed this patient over and over? You may bleed out a couple of squirts to get rid of all the inner detritus, but don't keep doing it even more! The pt. should have had a good fresh piece of cotton put on that repeatedly bleeding spot and pressure applied. Funny, in other videos you wish they'd push harder, and this time they overdid it.
Fantastic video and camera work! 👍🏼👍🏼
I can’t even imagine how much this must hurt😩.

Doing both because the blood has bacteria, deadskin cells & even pus, it is an abscess.

O meant cbd oil or something
When I was in prison there was a nurse there that helped treat inmates acne.....she was very careful with us and did everything to make it less painful...much like this kind lady
I'm so glad you went back to the larger ones and got the cores out
I thought he was gonna leave them at first
If anyone has joined this channel then they love it as much as I do, unfortunately RUclips isn't able to answer the questions that I want to know if I joined this channel please let me know and I will figure out how to check my comments cuz I still don't know how to do that on here.

Thats a bacterial blood bath. What the hell is going on with those dirty gloves and blade poking around the face, and how this is going to help the poor guy except he’s coming back with even worse breakouts to give you another video
All spas do that. Industry norm. The gloves are a good place since the needle is not touching anything else.
@@shawnaginther1987 yeah I see some of these spa videos on RUclips all the time but you know what I don't see is the before and after treatment with them doing this s*** like this you won't because they butcher the hell out of the person but if they do the before and after that would impress the hell out of me but this butchery

I know it's important to get the infected blood out but is it necessary to try to empty his veins?
It's just what ive noticed and seen over time 😂
@@maddytheeevee I do something similar when I shave as I suffer with ingrown hairs alot
Tbh this is years of neglect to have this many, the culprit usually not thoroughly cleaning up make up or rarely washing faces, something blocking the pores so face oil cannot go out be it dust, dirt or make up, using foundation can cause this especially if the person doesn't remove it completely.
