Nice flying Razorback. Love hearing that 4 stroke gasser. I have the FG-21 in my H9 CC and it's such a great sounding engine. I fly it without the muffler and it's still fairly quite. I wanted to pick up this H9 P-47, but was reading reviews that IC engines (vibration) might be an issue with the airframe. So instead I'm building the 20cc Seagull kit (63" WS) with a DLE 20. Did you reinforce the airframe at all. If so, how?
Thanks, I use a 90 degree elbow from Saito and that keeps the muffler inside the cowl, exit at the bottom. Make sure you baffle your engine and make sure the hot air can escape the cowl .
@@mikemetz8016 You limit the incoming air into the cowling such that it only flows over the engine, this way you get much more efficient cooling of the engine
Great flying man! I don't know how I missed this one...love the P-47!
AWSOME PLANE!!! Great flying!!!
Thanks 😁👍
Nice flight with a beautiful example of a P47. Currently assembling the Seagull Snafu P47 although going electron power.
Thanks 👍, Yeah I've tried electric setup on this one as well, works good as well
Wonderful
Thanks
What a great combination of motor and aircraft. That Saito sounds sweet.
Beautiful flight and great landings.
Thanks alot 🤘👍
looks good and flies good
I agree 😁
Nice flying! Looks like a great combo.
Thanks, it's pretty great 👍
I love the sound of the Saito, but ultimately whatever runs better. I'd like to see it with the O.S....
Yes, I will probably make another video with the OS 👍
Very nice video
Thanks
Very nice I have the same with a dle 20 up front 👍
Thanks 👍
How is it with the DLE?
@@Twin_Flyer good plenty of power👍
@@bobsmith2177 Hello what propeller do you use on the dle 20cc? Thanks

Hi, thanks, just the normal thinned out epoxy on the usual different exposed spots. It's a great flier for sure and a great everyday Warbird.
Awesome video. I'm building one with a FG21. Where does your exhaust exit?

@@WarbirdPiLOT what do you mean by baffle your engine

Very nice combo, please can I ask you two questions?
1. Which propsize do you use?
2. What is the total flight weight?
Hi, The prop is an APC 15x8 and the weight I have no idea.
@@WarbirdPiLOT Thank you👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Stock exhaust?
Yes
