There was a lot of prejudice among the "true rockers" against this band that became famous thanks to Eurovision and Tiktok...and then they were blown away. They were considered one of, if not the best act, much better than GnR etc.
@@leno_o17 i understand your point and i kinda agree u when it comes to band thats famous on tik tok and eurovision but im talking from my experience on being in the show in portugal if u cant tell im not brazilian im portuguese its a disgrace of event that rock in rio was in my country portugal only the first day was worth it hardly any rock bands in my country roberta medina couldnt care less about our country so she shoved in some brazilian singers that have 0 relation to rock and some other singers that have 0 relationship to rock although i agree with your maneskin rant god i prefer them 100 times then crap like doja cat;ed sheeram and jonas brothers on rock in rio.i wouldnt mind a maneskin then all of those tbh. At least we got scorpions and extreme and evanescense and the same old portuguese rock band xutos&pontapes on the first day other then that no rock at all its really sad... I really prefered maneskin then those at least in my country which has less conditions and money then brazil at least it would be fun i wouldnt mind a maneskin they are fine by me tik tok;eurovision or not they are still good for rock on rio on my country at least.
