q on cd/hm over kbw - is it because you already have a lot of crit dmg in your kit? seems the community guide on empress is pretty outdated, was wondering how the math works out for kbw vs cd
cd is stronger because of crit damage tripods and cull cards in general but since arcana uses ad 3 cd 3 when you get ap buffs from raids kbw can be stronger. however the diff is not huge and you can use either one. cd/kbw/hm is honestly preference

Can I play Empress Arcanist with event gems? I mean, do I really need to use at least 9 lvl cd gems? Because I can't play efficiently.
well there's a strong rotation I will explain in part 2 that requires lvl 9 gems but you can still enjoy this build event gems, just a bit weaker.
I'm playing with event gems since I don't have enough gold for gems, I just wanted to know if there's any rotation to play with the event gems.
