I just started trying to do squats again because my knee is shredded - but I’m excited to find this video and try to work my way up to this. Thank you for explaining each movement detailed the way you do in this video. Even with your expert guidance, I can’t promise I’ll get there but it gives me a base to build from! That’s exciting for someone with garbage knees and uncoordinated as myself. I’ll never be you or Megan the Stallion (among countless other beautiful dancers) - but I’m ok with that!! I’ve got a jumping off point & something to work with & towards. So, I’m grateful for that! Thanks again!
I think my problem is, is I cannot stop engaging the glutes and all when doing the popping so I get no jiggle/bounce at all. :( flat booty girl problems. 😂😂😂😂
