Yeah, moose are big bois, think of a horse, then basically double it. I always just imagine I'm building for a sentient SUV, that usually does the trick
I don't have planet zoo yet (and probably never will) 😓 because i use nintendo switch and an apple mac computer, but i still make zoos, just in my head and then write it down. A snow zoo is one im currently working on. It has species such as Himalayan brown bear, red fox and red deer. Btw love your videos swans i hope this project Works!
Thanks! Hope you're enjoying the series! Ostriches were added into the combo habitat with a few other African species in the 1st episode (second habitat added). Where possible, I've been combining animals that get bonus enrichment from each other, and they've always gone in same time as the first animal they share with.
Ooooooooh, I love these habitats!!! The Nile monitor doesn't really feel very Nile-ish.... but I do love the americana habitats and the direction you went with the stylizing. As a Yank viewer, that's definitely the vibe I feel when I think of habitats for those critters! Now the Mandrill habitat better be iconic since we forgot about it.... Maybe make it Rafiki's Tree from the animated Lion King? Hahaha, oh the challenge!
I was definitely thinking a big tree for mandrill! I didn't have much reference for the Nile Monitor - never seen one at a zoo IRL, and searching online the problem is you only get pictures up close of the animal not their enclosure 😂 My default for African animals that I've not seen IRL, I tend to gravitate towards the oasis landscape in Conan Exiles lol
@PlasticSwans I have so many issues with the path/barrier/enrichment clipping with the terrain or not getting it to look the way I want never remember what setting are needed on/off
Uhm swans...not sure if you noticed but i thibk you might have skipped over the Nile Lecheway as well! Obviously not that big an issue, just wanted to point it out incase you had forgotten!
Nile lechwe are in - 1st episode, they went into the big square habitat with the African buffalo, common ostrich & giraffe. Appreciate you checking though, it's hard to keep track of all the combined habitats by this point! I keep a list in the video description and just add to it every week so I know where I'm up to 😂
@@PlasticSwans ooooooooh i forgot!!! Thank you! And glad to keep track! Everything really looked so good this week! As someone whose been going on an Armadillo streak, i got some nice insperation from this episode! Keep up te good work! Youre almost there!
I'm struggling so much trying to figure out where the red river hogs go! They pair with so many animals, and some feel really unsuitable. Like, I'm not sure they fit with the mandrill, I was thinking maybe the okapi?

Some nice North American species in this episode, especially that big combined exhibit at the end!
Thanks!
Thank you for the nod on the Canadian Moose 😊 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
I always had the impression that the Mandril was the most forgotten animal in this game...
I guess you just solidified that tought even more lol.
It is rather neglected, that being said the mandrill was the first animal I ever placed in Planet Zoo (after doing the tutorial)!
I’ve just bing watched this series, and I think you forgot to show the Common Ostrich! Awesome habit builds- as usual ❤️!

I've got a name for the North American beaver, raccoon and striped skunk enclosure which is North American lodge.
❤ would love to see a tutorial about the pathing/water finally started on my aquatic zoo and I've been struggling with the view points
It's super fiddly! I always forget how it works whenever I build paths over water, then have to backtrack to remember how I made them before
@PlasticSwans I have so many issues with the path/barrier/enrichment clipping with the terrain or not getting it to look the way I want never remember what setting are needed on/off
that is so cool and great awesome zoo so far
Thank you! I keep trying!

Plz race reindeer and ostrich the result will shock you. I'm excited to see the zoo when it's finished
u had africa on the filters while building the armadillo habitat
Whoops! I will have to go back and make sure they're ok with all the plants in their habitat then!
Looking forward to the Mandrill exhibit! Solo or paired with Red River Hogs?

@@PlasticSwansyea I think the okapi as the san diego zoo safari park had red river hogs with them(there no longer there)
@@PlasticSwansThey just paired the hog with most of the tropical african animals
Yay raccoons i love them
Does anybody know what episode the monarch butterflies are in?
I think next episode, with the Old World Swallowtail
Hey plastic swan not only beaver can swim raccoons too.
The beaver enclosure is also next to the badger habitat right
The badger is across the road, yep pretty much the same area
