Embiid had one of his better games against south sudan. He could've played. The reason they almost lost wasn't even cause Joel. Not sure yall watched that exhibition but AD was in while they came back. Sudan was making shots on everyone not just joel

Im glad he got benched i didn't want him to play in the Olympics to begin with and especially for USA, he should have played for France or Cammerron, the only good thing about him in the Olympics is he stays in shape

Embiid skill level is not up there with the elite the same can be said for Giannis as well. Embiid is 300 pounds at 7’0 he’s overweight and he puts all his weight on his opponent which makes him hard to stop, however skill wise I’ll take Bam over him any day. Team USA never wanted him. It was Nike who funds team USA that tricked him to come here because he Had already agreed to play with Wemby in France which is why they gave him the passport
