Where is the Episode of Archie and Edith when they visit George and Louise when they moved to the big deluxe apartment in Manhattan New York... Saying hello from Chicago Illinois USA 💯 on Tuesday December 3rd 2024___🎉🎉🎉
Feelin like a can of budweiser, with the pull top. Followed by a camel non filter while sitting on an orange shag carpet, leaning against a brown tweed couch
Edith and Louise clearly loved and appreciated one another. And, deep down, even though I very highly doubt either one of them would ever admit to it, I believe George and Archie did as well.
Sherman Hemsley (George) was obligated to other projects so they brought in “Henry” to act as his brother, but the first episode Louise pretended he was her husband, and then she apologized because she had lied because she was embarrassed that her husband would not come over. Then, Edith confessed that she didn’t have an injury to her ankle, and that lied because of Archie that they did not go to the dinner that they were invited to over at the Jeffersons. Of course, Edith and Louise were the ones who made the peace. Love every show! Thank you for posting.😘😘😘

Like when they teamed up to keep a Puerto Rican family out of the neighborhood.

Yeah Norman Lear was a genius and he knew how to get a message to people without them even realizing that he was doing it.
That was so beautiful when the two Jefferson brothers toasted each other.❤😂
Why they never had Henry on the Jeffersons sitcom? He rarely got a mention, if at all, on the show.

Those were the days!!! Great memories from my childhood!!!
My dad's favorite show. He loved Archie. It was all in fun. In those days, it didn't offend anyone.
Sure it did!
It was offensive, even in those days, but Archie Bunker was such a fool that we could laugh at his comic ignorance.
Chile! Who fed you those lies?
In those days it offended President Nixon and he tried to get the show cancelled.
Actually it was.....The way Archie used to speak to Edith. My goodness.
Archie Bunker - man of a thousand expressions 😜

They missed an opportunity by not having the bunkers visit the Jefferson’s in Manhattan and get stuck there overnight because of a snow storm lol
Could’ve done it during the Blizzard of ‘78.

Most sitcoms get stale by the fifth season yet that was when All in the Family was peaking.
