@@davidy22 Different from what exactly? In my country eggs are divided by categories, markets usually selling 55-65g eggs and 65-75g eggs. Their size is marginally different and there are smaller categories. Well, I can imagine it isn't highest category because it would've made ramen bowl at a size of a soup plate.

Pork goes surprisingly well with fruit, including peaches. As a non-picky eater with a huge appetite, I would totally eat that entire bowl of ramen.

to cut the fat taste you need some sharp flavor, usually you can use sour like vinegar or lime, but something sweet will do too.

@@dsandoval9396 Maybe it's because I'm familiar with Thai and Malaysian food, but dishes that are both fruity and garlicky/oniony don't seem unusual to me at all. A pork curry stewed with garlic and peaches sounds delicious to me! 🍑 🍛 😋
