I really want to get into a skincare routine (Im 23 and my skin is starting to get bleh) But theres SO MUCH skincare info out there and I cant seem to figure it out on my own. In my opinion, ELF, Maybelline and Wet n Wild were the top 3 drugstore brands this year. Everyone talked about those 3 and I can’t even blame them. 💋
If I had to choose one though, I’d say Maybelline definitely killed 2017.

TabMUA definitely maybelline and wet n wild but i think i have to disagree with you on elf and replace It with Milani! I have so many more new staples in my collection from Milani this year than ELF :) no disrespect just my opinion there xo
PS Please do more tutorials. Topics: getting more wear time out of makeup (esp foundation) ; how to select colors that work together (eye, lip, cheek); how to de-emphasize flaws using makeup; (i.e.what do you recommend for cosmetic challenges such as covering up a pimple, or controlling oil.)
Also, I’d love to see a series on the functionality of different makeup formats. You could spend a week just on foundation formats when you think about it! Liquid, powder, cream, cushion, mineral, spray, etc.. What is the difference in function and performance that would make one a better choice over another?

Hi Tati, the way you were explaining how to use the Target contour kit was awesome. I was wondering if maybe you could do something like a beginner's intro to make up. How to choose foundations and apply it properly (or variations) how to contour and highlight, eye shadow for beginners especially. And I'm not sure what you would title this but something to the effect of questions. Like can I wear highlight without foundation? Do I always need foundation? Basically just an super detailed tutorial for people like me who want to learn but are kind of lost too. Thank you Tati 💜❤💖

I seriously only buy products that are Tati approved! My holy grail foundation is the wet and wild one you showed! Once you get over the straight paint smell, it's amazing! My favorite bronzer is the physicians formula, it smells so good!! Milani blush is my fav. Also the city colors single shadows 😍😍😍😍 I have 5.. I need them all!

I have a question, I used to use drugstore makeup all the time and ended up with painful cystic acne, do you experience that as well?
Im No Chef Natasha it could be that your skin is very sensitive. I use drugstore foundations all the time and my face it fine. Everyone’s skin is different and it might just be your skin type
I was at the drugstore a few weeks ago and I passed the wet n wild foundation and I thought “hmm didn’t Tati rave over this?” And I immediately smelt it and was like, nah fam. No way. 😂

irrelevant yess same. I am from hungary. We have catrice and essence. Maybelinne L’Oréal max factor too but like 3-5 type of products and none of these 😭

Hi Tati, I just bought the Wet n Wild and I love it. I haven't tried the Catrise, hmmmmm I haven't even seen it. I will keep my eye out for it because mine is good but it creases. You are right, PF has lots of sales. I love Milani, they are so affordable and I find they are wonderful quality.
