Bought mine at Saks in NYC. Got home and the blue was broken as well. Saks in Costa Mesa CA was soooooo rude to me and refused an exchange. Saks NYC says they will replace ... hoping they do and that the blue arrives intact! The golden shimmer shade, impulsive, is absolutely stunning!
Omg!! I wanted this palette before and I want it even more now. Problem is I’m from Australia and we may not have it release here. I SINCERELY hope they do. I don’t often want palettes this badly these days

@ri_gry They refunded me, and gave me a 10% off a future purchase if I wanted to buy it again. I didn't end up doing that yet. Don't know if I will because they seem to be breaking a lot. But maybe. Still thinking about it.

There are tons of review of that already. Patty doesn't need to because it is definitely subpar quality. I should have waited for the countless reviews on it before purchasing, waste of money 🥲

I remember seeing this palette on IG and thinking wow it's pretty 😍 but I also saw a lot of negative comments for some reason ... the packaging is interesting but not practical but overall it's just beautiful ! stunning looks as always ! I got mine exactly the same as yours with that shade broken. Had to send pics to customer service which they sent to their team. They said they will send me a refund . im not sending the palette back unless they pay me gas expenses and all.......they didn't even offer expedited service for another palette
Hope D&G Customer Service sent you a replacement, you took that better than me, I probably would have used a few expletives, anyway it was a lovely couple of looks that you did and I like the fact that your choice was very different as I have never thought about their makeup line to try out, so yeah well done Patty and Thank You 😊 🌟
It is very pretty but it’s quite expensive and I don’t like the outer packaging, looks a bit bulky. You created beautiful looks! 😍Remind me of PM shadows! I will stick to my ND, PM and some indie shadows. Also, I read that more people got the palette with broken shadows… for such a high end brand not very good.. I hope you got a new palette!

I ordered the eyeshadow palette and it took forever to arrive. I finally got it today and two of the eyeshadows were broken/missing - one was the same as yours plus the one below. I'm not even going to bother ordering it again. If I see it somewhere in person, I might get it but they didn't wrap it well at all, there was no bubble wrap or extra tissue paper in the box, so it must have been rattling in there. 😞
@@ri_gry - Yes, I called customer service and I got a refund. They told me not to send the broken palette back but they didn’t offer me 10% off, like I think they did for Patty. The customer service rep was very nice and understanding. She also told me to call a boutique and order directly from them because it’s more likely that they’d pack it better but I haven’t done that yet.
I hope they have replaced your palette as it is quite expensive. I bought one and now I am afraid of having the same problem. It should be arriving by Monday 😣
The sadness in the sound of shadows dropping off the palette lol. I’m dying and it’s not funny. I know how horrible that feels when it happens. But it was just the way it crumbled out.
For what you paid for the palette, their packaging should’ve been way more secure. Also a little surprised by how loosely pressed those shimmers seem to be. 🤔
I think the D & G shadows packaging looks really tacky and cheap, and I don't like the colour story (there are at least 5 shades I would never use), definitely a fail from me. It's not original, the shadows imo aren't even displayed in a pleasing sequence in the naff packaging. Plus I don't even think they look great on, and I always love your looks!
Wow this is a pricy palette, it is such a pity one of the shades is completely gone. The shimmers look pretty, but the two pinks look very similar , as do the two shimmers.

This palette looks like rearranged copy of Fenty's unsuccessful Galaxy palette. The resemblance is uncanny
