The reason that store bought honey is yellow is because they "split" their honey, which basically means they put half honey/half corn syrup with yellow dye. It sells more because it looks better but tastes terrible. I would totally recommend bee farm honey. Glad I could inform you 💛
I don't doubt they do that, but honey naturally ranges from almost white to dark amber in colour. Where I live honey has to be 100% honey to be sold as honey and it can still be very yellow. Depends on the plants it comes from.
