Great Scenery !! There must be one or more very large springs that feed that creek or river. Always a delight to see Your body guard and camping partner with You.
Looks like a great getaway! Not the kind of critters you expect to encounter on the trails…Makes for a memorable trip, though. Finally got my truck camper conversion far enough along to take it on a test run last weekend. Was a good three day trip on the lakes in Cape Breton. Figured out the way forward to finish things off on the build and a couple of alterations. Biggest pain was the spare tire - I didn’t manage to get a cradle to relocate it under the truck so had to roll it in and out of the back. Thinking I might build a small roof basket to go on the roof of the cab and put it up there and have a bit of room alongside it, too. Keep some weight off the back end. It would end up the same height as the high rise cap. Oh, yes - and I need to fit the new gas shocks that I bought for the back - she was a bit bouncy on the back roads. I think the ones on there might even be the originals from ‘89… Thanks for the upload 👍🏻
Yes it was a surprise seeing all the llamas. The roof rack is a good idea - I wish I had one. Sounds like you're due for some shocks. My truck is bouncy ever since I added helper springs. I think I could use new shocks too. Thanks for sharing!
what an awesome place to hike and camp...and alpacas!!!
Yes a beautiful area to explore! Thanks!
