Maybe by Treat. The guy obeyed all traffic laws. 71 year old Treat drove his motorcycle into the guys car. Had it been the other way around, they'd be going after the dead guy's insurance for smacking into Treat. I feel bad for Treat as I know that he wouldn't want his legacy to end by someone being convicted of a crime they didn't commit because Hollywood blame shifted to save face.
The driver Koss probably did not see the approaching motorcycle (yes, that can happen) and pulled out in a left turn in front of him. That section of Vermont Route 30 has posted signs nearby reading “Turn Left Only at Break in Centerline”. That suggests that similar accidents of this sort have occurred on that stretch of road.

I think that the driver didn't use his turn signal or used it too late so Treat had no way of knowing that he was going to turn because I don't think that the driver was drunk it didn't say that he was.
Treat was a really good guy. I did stonework at his house when he moved up here. His spirit goes on. See you later.
