We're continuing our Alaska travels this week in Seward, Alaska! We set out from Anchorage after a work week, and made it to Seward by 8pm. Since it was close to the longest day of the year, we were able to head to Kenai Fjords National Park and hike to Exit Glacier, one of the park's most popular hikes! There are a lot of things to do in Seward, but this is one of the easiest and most accessible options.
We skip ahead a day (make sure you subscribe for our Kenai Fjords boat tour!) and head to the trail for Ptarmigan Lake. This is one of the most beautiful lakes we've seen in Alaska, and highly recommend adding this hike to your Seward itinerary! It often times gets overlooked compared to other hikes in the area. Living in Alaska has been a dream so far, and we can't wait to continue exploring and sharing!
