Sick custom. That's my most wanted Batman design. Ideally, I want a black bat logo on the chest but this is really close. I would make the custom myself but I'm sure Todd will release this design, just a simple repaint of the knightfall.
Thank you. I was waiting for this review since you first mentioned it. How incredible when someone discovers the potential of a piece by mixing a little here and there. Inspiring and fun. Frankly, I would not have bet, nor thought of any way to approach the head of Batman 3 jokers
I’ve also dyed the blue parts for this figure and realized that they all have blue paint on em. Even the joint have paint on em for some reason, so you gotta take that paint off with acetone before dying for it to work properly
I like the semi blue effect of the dyed parts. I think you should VERY light dry brushing on the boots, gloves, cowl, and cape. That would really upscale the figure.
@@TheFigureDoctor it’s gonna look amazing. Even when his suit is black and grey in the comics they do that light blue to make it look shiny. So this will still be a definitive black and grey Batman.
Have ever tried doing head swaps between DC Mcfarlane & Direct/ Collectibles? Especially on figs like Firestorm, Booster, Blue Beetle, Catwoman for example?🤔🤔
This figure is molded in grey. I painted it black and got some paint on it used nail polish and its molded in grey. The SDCC version is painted tho but not the basic
Duddy Collectibles.. not Dudley Customs. It looks great. That yelling head has such a great cranium sculpt and the combination was born out of frustration.
3:24 you're partially talking out of your ass. Things like the atomic skull superman are 90% castes in black plastic, but then the hush superman is cast in baby blue
