I don’t know anything about bikes but what you do with all these modifications is logical and impressive to know how they can benefit the performance of the bike ! 👍🇵🇷
Since you removed the stock resonator/pre-muffler chamber, maybe that already changed the air-fuel mixture of the engine that's why the Fuel X didn't start blinking until your turned it to a lower setting. I think the Fuel X is much more needed if you plan on changing the air filter and especially if you replace the airbox lid as that's when the engine would need more fuel to compensate for the increased airflow? I removed the muffler on my Vitpilen and replaced it with a stubby one with a catalytic-style mesh screen. I just did the KTM ECU reset and it the engine seemed smoother, no more sudden cut offs, and it's running pretty "cool."
