Terraria, But EVERY Melee Weapon Attacks At The Same Time...

- In this video I try beating Terraria however, every single melee weapon that I collect into my inventory can be used simultaneously. How many weapons will I have by the end of this video? And I will be able to defeat Moon Lord without my game crashing? Stay tuned to find out! Hope you enjoy!

You should give yourself a DPS meter at the start of the game next time you do a challenge like this so we can see your DPS grow throughout the playthrough!

you gotta do a challenge where you are only allowed to craft/use one weapon for the entire run, and you just have to get more of them to get stronger.

Hey necro, I noticed that you kept your accessories in your inventory. I would recommend storing them in other loadout slots to save space next time. Great video btw 😃

I've gone 6 spider biomes with no chest and it was very annoying. Also, items that are grey and white rarity will burn, not all but most will. All colors besides those 2 you will never have to worry about them burning👍🏼

actually, grey rarity-- or trash rarity --will not burn;
the in-game code is written that it will burn any item at 0 rarity, but trash is -1 rarity.
this means that white rarity is the only rarity of item that will burn in lava.

Yeah, Flairon is a boomerang under the hood, so it works like other boomerangs.
Also, you could've uses a target dummy for weapon testing instead of relying on visuals or enemies with low knockback resistance and limited health.
Boomerangs are broken in this challenge. They are so overpowered
After beating plantera, I think, the dungeon will spawn harder enemies. One of which is the paladin, he has a chance to drop his hammer which is an amazing melee weapon
Yes it's the paladin it's drops include a rack of ribs
Paladins sheild good if ur in multi player it stop knockback and provides 8 defense
The hammer does about 70 damage both items have about a 6% drop chance
I would recommend getting a void bag, especially in these playthroughs since you have more items in your inventory. It is available after skeletron and more slots are always helpful
Also I don't know why you kept ice boomerangs for so long lol. They were taking up a lot of projectile slots so the were probably reducing your dps ( prehaps that's why the terra blade wasn't always working )
1 or 2 dps helps
NECRO, THE REASON YOUR WEAPOS WERE BREAKING WAS BECAUSE YOU WERE HITTING THE PROJECTILE LIMIT. IF YOU WERE TO GET RID OF SOME OF THE BOOMERANGS YOUR TRUE NIGHTS EDGE, TERRABLADE AND SOLAR ERUPTION WOULD HAVE WORKED

i think the reason why at the end the weapons started to cancel out a lot was the ammount of particles and projectiles at least a little
i think at least at like the mechs the pre hardmode stuff was probably doing nothing anyway so that might have helped a bit

i think the smarter move at the start would have been using a lot of broad swords and swinging with a short sword because it works the same way, he would have gotten more damage and a faster swing speed

@@Kermit_E_Frog he didnt even check tho my bet is you cant use multiple broad swrds if your main swing is one like how you cant use multiple shortswords if its your main swing. if he used a short sword as his main swing im pretty sure it would have attacked with multiple broadswords

I wonder if the mod is compatible with the inventory pages mod. Also think it might be worth doing these playthroughs again, but also using increased difficulty mods that can work together.

If anyone was confused why the metal detector diddnt burn in the lava but the gold did, any item with a quality above white doesnt burn.

It would be great if the mod developer which makes it possible to attack with all weapons in inventory at the same time would apply it to Summoning weapons, but instead would use your maximum summon limit per summon weapon separatedly. Meaning you could summon your maximum summon limit of each different type of a Summoning weapon you have in your inventory. As in if you have limit of 3 summons, it would not be forced to have just 3 summons which ever Weapon summons the fastest but instead have 3x summons from each summon Weapon in your inventory. It would get nuts but it would also be hilarious.
That'd be nice, but unfortunately that's not how summon slots work.

@@Kermit_E_Frog Yeah, I've been thinking about it, and I have an idea on how to do it, but it's almost certainly prohibitively complicated to implement.
The basic idea is to have each minion take up a fraction of a minion slot, where the fraction is determined by how many summon weapons you have in your inventory. Unfortunately, I don't think that'd be very easy to do.

For future melee build:
PLS make the mechanical glove (or beserkers glove)
Also the celestial shell would help you always (dmg and attack speed buff) and the beetle/turtle armor would suit your play style and you can reforge most accessories to menacing or violent
You dont need to do all of it (its my biased opinion) and one last tipp: at the plantera stage it probably help your dps if you didn't use pre-hardmode weapons

Hoiks in early game are broken, use em more often to search areas yet to be explored or to stay safe from enemies other than worms which don't usually spawn so fast which is why I said it's broken early game. Second, you have more than one accessory line. You get 3, use them for spare items to maximize your inventory!
If you have a hook, you can dig one block wide holes and go down them or up depending. Little side benefit if you have water, all you need to do is skip a column and dig the one next to it! Alternatively, you can just move to opposite direction of the wall you're hooking to and get air then continue digging to let the water escape after!
This is what 15k+ hours gets you ^^

Kinda suspect that the broadsword actually works, but has the same issue as the short sword. Maybe if you equip a short sword in your hand and the broadswords in the inventory they will all swing together? 🤔

The super early game boomerangs and swords were probs sucking up projectile space and causing some stuff to not work

The items don't dissappear in lava, they're still there you just can't see in the lava.
It pained me to not see the shroomite spear being used. Def one of my favorite weapons

You know this would potentially be a decent upgrade for the otherwise lacking melee class in general. Obviously not at this level but letting you "dual wield" some swords or have melee armors give you the effect of also throwing the first boomerang type weapon in combination could be interesting

Hmm, thrown would likely consume it's own ammo and so would ranged. So perhaps may need a mod that gives an infinite number of ammo and for the base projectile to be a regular arrow and musket shot. Thrown would probably need an overhaul to convert every consumable item into none consumable, or for it to use a different resource. I would say it could be tricky having to manage something that's not self reliant or relies on mana. As for summoned, I imagine a way to either increase summon cap to that of the number of favorited summon items in your inventory, or for the cap to always be infinite and perhaps add in a system where in order to have multiple of the same summon, you need multiple of the same modified/crafted weapon. Perhaps make the pain easier by just not allowing the items to roll with mods on it.
