Sir mujhe ye symptoms hen aur me sardine machli Kane par thoda Rahat milta he .. mere hisab se jo omega 3 he wahi mujhe Rahat deta he so mene , omega 3 ki DHA AND EPA wali suppliment mangaya he kya wo omega 3 ki suppliment lene se ye thik ho jayega?
